I’ve finished it!!!!  This is the Gravenhurst Tennis Club.  A Community Lot built with ALL EPs AND SPs.  It has a restaurant - a coffee bar - a ballroom with a bar and band stand - a Pro Shoppe - vending machines - TVs - skill-building (chess) - and a swimming pool!

It’s available for download at Sugah’s Place, probably the last site dedicated solely to TS2.  At Sugah’s registration and downloads are free and meshes are always included!

It’s been drawn to my attention that there’s a delay in registration approval at Sugah’s Place, so until that’s sorted out, I’m going to include the direct download link to this, and a some of my more recently posted lots.

This does mean I have to give a few more details for downloading, so here goes:

Included are several Maxis recolours, including a roof recolor.  Just dump them in your downloads folder for the lot to display exactly as it does in the pictures.
